Cancellation & Refund Policy 

The Policy envisages the terms and conditions under which: (a) You are permitted to return goods purchased by you, subject to a valid reason; (b) a refund may be obtained for goods purchased by you, subject to certain conditions; (c) you may cancel orders for goods purchased by you within a stipulated period of time” It is important to note while the Company makes best efforts to ensure that returns, refunds and cancellations are available to the users of the Website, the Company has to place certain restrictions on the same in order to meet its business, legal and contractual obligations.

Return, refunds or cancellations may also vary from brand to brand or seller to seller, in which case each such good sold thereunder will have specific guidelines which will determine the terms and conditions related to return, refunds or cancellations (the “Guidelines”). In each such case, the Guidelines shall prevail over this Policy and it is important for you to acquaint yourself with the applicable Guidelines while making a purchase on the Website.

What I can return and when? (a) You receive a faulty or defective product (b) You receive a product that is different from what you ordered (c) You receive a product that looks different from how it appeared on the product page.

Conditions for returning products

(a) The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc; (b) Products must be in their original form and unsoiled; (c) Brand packaging should be intact; (d) Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.

To raise a dispute, please send an email to ladakhagro@gmail.com. Your email must contain name of the product and the order ID along with a detailed description of the nature of the concern. This must be done within 3 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 3 days of delivery shall be entertained at the sole discretion of the seller of the product. If the seller agrees to a refund, then you must send the product back to the vendor within 7 days of the vendor agreeing to the refund. 

Return Policy

We don’t currently offer an exchange service. If you would prefer items in another size, please return the items you don’t need and place a new order on ladakhagro.com.

 The items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. No return request shall be accepted after 7 days.

 To return the item, please write us an email at ladakhagro@gmail.com.

You are requested to send us the item(s) to be returned (in their original condition) via a trustworthy courier partner. The charges to return the product shall be borne by you.

The refund process will be initiated after the product reaches to us, which takes about 7- 10 days. Once we receive the product, it will go through a quality check at our warehouse post which, we will initiate the refund in the next 24-48 business hours. We will send also you an email confirming receipt of the parcel.

We will refund any item(s), returned in the same state as you received them in, with all labels and tags still attached.

Please note that we will NOT accept return of products that have been used, laundered or customer damaged. 

We will refund the value of your returned item(s) excluding the delivery fees within 24-48 business hours. If you are returning multiple products from a single order together, we will generate a single return ID for all products and you will receive an e-mail confirmation for the same.

 In case of a damaged product –

 •All our products undergo a strict quality check. However, in case any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order is delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received at ladakhagro@gmail.com.

 • You need to email a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures.

 • Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted.

 • You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.

Any such complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.
